Staying Active
It is important to stay active in the community. The following programs are available to help older adults stay involved.
Congregate Cafe:
If you are age 60 or older and are looking
for warm companionship and healthy, nutritious food, then join us for lunch.
A voluntary donation of $1.25 is accepted. Supported by the nutrition services program of the Council on Aging, the Congregate Café’s require seat reservations by calling the location in which you wish to attend by the Wednesday prior.
